Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's degree, MBA or Masters Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in mining or heavy engineering industry.
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience with increasing responsibility.
• Must demonstrate ability to effectively lead a $50MM+ business unit.
• Proven in leading operational excellence through behavior-based management.
• Prior experience in continuous manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrable teamwork and strong work ethic.
