Job summary

TKDA is seeking a Mining Market Manager for the Southwest region to expand our mining engineering services across AZ, CO, NV, NM, and UT. You will develop strategic business plans, cross-sell services with civil/mechanical/electrical teams, and lead client engagements from RFP through project delivery, with travel up to 20% for on-site meetings and interviews.

You will mentor engineers and designers, drive revenue growth, and uphold TKDA’s ESOP-owned culture and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining or Structural Engineering.
• Ten or more years of progressive mining, facility, and infrastructure project experience.
• Minimum of five years of multi-disciplined project management experience.
• Minimum of two years of business development experience.
• Thorough understanding of mining operations and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-sell of architectural and engineering services across the firm.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships and project opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs, prepare interviews and presentations.
• Define project scope, staffing, budgets, and schedules with PMs.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure design quality and timeliness.
• Mentor a team of engineers and designers.
• Promote safety culture and compliance across projects.
