Job summary

Kinross Gold Corporation in Nevada is seeking a Process Maintenance Planning professional to craft detailed work plans, coordinate materials, and expedite service providers for round-the-clock operations at Round Mountain.

In this role you will ensure work orders are fully planned, align daily activities with production priorities, and support outage planning while upholding safety, reliability and Kinross values across the site.

Qualifications

• Excellent safety and attendance record.
• 2+ years maintenance planning experience in a process environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of maintenance workflows and planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Experience with JDE or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed job plans for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, including labor, materials, tools, permits, and safety requirements.
• Ensure work orders are fully planned and ready to execute prior to scheduling.
• Maintain accurate equipment history, job plans, and bills of materials in the maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to expedite external parts and contractor labor while ensuring policy compliance.
• Support outage and major maintenance planning by identifying long lead items and securing them early.
• Create and maintain work orders and requisitions (materials, equipment, and services) in JDE.
