Wolverine Fuels, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to safely manage underground and surface maintenance for mining operations. You will lead all Surface/UG Electrical and Maintenance programs, set goals, and ensure timely maintenance to avoid production delays.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to obtain Utah Mine Foreman and MSHA certifications within a year.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead others and work with others.
• Mech. Eng., Mining Eng., or technical field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Utah Mine Foreman Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Develops safety action plans and safety monitoring.
• Manage predictive maintenance program and equipment history.
• Lead surface and underground electrical and maintenance programs.
• Plan, coordinate and align maintenance with other departments.
• Monitor costs and implement cost control measures.
• Support a union-free operation and oversee equipment purchases.
