Job summary

Sawtooth Mining, LLC is seeking experienced heavy equipment operators to join a safety-first, team-oriented mining operation in Nevada. You will operate dozers, excavators, loaders, mining trucks, scrapers and more, performing startup, shutdown, and routine servicing of equipment.

The role requires adherence to MSHA regulations, defensive driving, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may be substituted.
• Two years of experience operating heavy off-road construction equipment is a plus.
• Must pass safety and MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy earth-moving equipment in mining operations.
• Perform startup/shutdown procedures and routine servicing of equipment.
• Operate within design tolerances using gauges and indicators.
• Follow MSHA laws, company safety policies, and environmental regulations.
• Practice defensive driving and safe operation at all times.
