Kimble Companies is seeking an experienced equipment operator to support safe, efficient mining operations on our active site. You will operate heavy equipment, perform inspections, and contribute to daily production goals while upholding high safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and a strong team player who can adapt to changing priorities, shifts, and outdoor work conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in mining, quarry, construction, or related industrial setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and situational awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to work outdoors and on uneven terrain.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and site-specific certifications or authorizations required for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment used in mining and site support activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Support material movement, load handling, excavation, grading, and related production tasks as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and other team members to coordinate work safely.
• Identify and report equipment issues, hazards, or unusual site conditions promptly.
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Maintain accurate records related to equipment use, inspections, and operational activities as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and respond flexibly to changing production priorities
