Job summary

Kimble is seeking an experienced equipment operator to support safe, efficient mining operations on-site. The role involves operating heavy equipment, performing inspections, and contributing to daily production goals within a safety-focused team environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with heavy equipment in mining or related industries, strong safety awareness, and the ability to follow procedures and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in mining, quarry, construction, or a related industrial setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and situational awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and operational procedures with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment used in mining and site support activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Support material movement, load handling, excavation, grading, and related production tasks as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and other team members to coordinate work safely.
• Identify and report equipment issues, hazards, or unusual site conditions promptly.
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Maintain accurate records related to equipment use, inspections, and operational activities as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and respond flexibly to changing production priorities
