Job summary

Turner Mining Group in Kingman, AZ is seeking Mining Haul Truck Drivers to support safe, efficient mining operations. You will operate haul trucks, perform pre-operation inspections, and follow OSHA/MSHA regulations in a safety-conscious team.

Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, and flexible for day and night shifts. Strong communication and attendance are valued, with opportunities for training and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements
• Valid and insurable driving license
• Ability to perform pre-operation machine inspections
• Physical ability to meet safety requirements (body weight under 330 pounds)
• Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
• Strength to push/pull at least 55 pounds, lift up to 85 pounds, and carry weights over distances of at least 20 feet
• Strong communication skills and positive learning attitude
• Exemplary attendance, safety, and disciplinary record
• Flexibility on shift schedules (days and nights)

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality pre-operation inspections and report any equipment issues.
