Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. in Colorado is launching an Engineering & Geology Development Program for recent graduates or early-career professionals.

Over two years, you will rotate through Process/Metallurgy, Geology, or Mine Operations/Technical Services, learning from experienced engineers, geologists, and operations teams at North American mine sites. Participants rotate through three business areas with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role in their discipline.

• Willingness to work in a remote mine site environment.
• Passion for the mining industry and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mine operations in Process/Metallurgy, Geology, and Mine Operations/Technical Services.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving safety and process improvement.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to understand site operations.
