Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. in North America invites recent graduates to join its Engineering & Geology Development Program. Over two years, you will rotate through Process/Metallurgy, Geology, and Mine Operations alongside seasoned engineers and geologists at one of SSR's North American sites.

The program emphasizes hands-on operations, data analysis, and project execution, with three rotations and mentorship. Upon completion, participants may transition to a permanent role within SSR Mining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining/Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a remote mine site environment.
• Permanent work authorization in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Process/Metallurgy, Geology, and Mine Operations to support operations.
• Assist with data collection, sampling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and exploration teams.
• Contribute to safety and process improvement initiatives.
