Qualifications

• B.S. in Mining Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification preferred; PE is a plus.
• 5+ years experience in the industrial minerals sector, with aggregates or cement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with feasibility studies and technical evaluations of potential mining sites.
• Manage and support capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Provide input for project budgets, schedules, site investigations, drilling programs, and reserve evaluations.
• Support mobile equipment fleet planning and optimization to improve productivity and costs.
• Develop and maintain mid- and long-range mine plans for cement and aggregate operations.
• Coordinate and manage exploration and core drilling programs and geological model updates.
• Oversee reclamation planning and ensure environmental stewardship across operations.
