The storefronts accommodate configurations from 500 to 5,000+ SF along Washington Ave., 6th St., and 7th St., providing excellent branding exposure to tourists.

Overview: The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining inventory levels in guest room mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction, and for storing and securing all mini bar inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to guests, managers, and colleagues courteously and helpfully at all times.
• Know guest room layout, locations, and room numbers.
• Monitor usage, restock items, and charge accordingly.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness inside and outside mini bars.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments.
• Handle guest complaints and report to management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
