Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Buckhead, Atlanta, is seeking a dedicated Mini-Bar Attendant to stock, maintain, and charge mini-bars in guest rooms. You will manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate repairs with Engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to move around large spaces and handle guest interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.
• Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis.
• Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition.
• If repairs are needed inform the Engineering Staff.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.
• Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items in order to complete rounds.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
