Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle is seeking a minibar attendant to stock guest rooms and maintain inventory. You will post charges for consumed items, ensure minibar areas are clean and organized, and address any maintenance needs promptly.

The role emphasizes guest service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. On-site duties and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required by California law to handle alcoholic beverages).
• Previous experience working at a hotel/restaurant preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Responsibilities

• Restock, rotate, and organize all mini bar products in guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Accurately post charges for consumed items and reconcile daily inventory.
• Ensure all mini bar areas and equipment are clean, operational, and well-presented.
• Report any maintenance or product issues.
• Maintain an organized storage area and assist with monthly inventory counts.
