Job summary

Hyatt Palm Springs is seeking a personable bartender to mix, greet guests and serve beverages at the hotel’s vibrant bar and dining areas. You will uphold presentation standards, handle orders with care and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Experience in fast-paced hospitality, knowledge of cocktails, and a positive, can-do attitude are preferred. The role offers opportunities to showcase your mixology skills while supporting service colleagues and maintaining a clean, organized bar.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and serve beverages for guests.
• Provide service for guests and the bar and service restaurant tables on lower occupancy days.
• Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Assist EPC servers, server assistants, and greeters as needed to provide guests with exceptional customer service.
