Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter services and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform tire rotations and basic tire services.
• Inspect and adjust tire pressures.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Inspect brakes, tires, fluids, filters, belts, and other maintenance items.
• Replace engine and cabin air filters.
• Replace wiper blades and perform other basic maintenance services.
• Perform battery testing and replacement.
• Assist with mounting and balancing tires.
• Reset maintenance indicators following completed services.
• Perform basic repairs as your training and abilities progress.
• Complete required vehicle inspection documentation accurately.
• Create clear vehicle inspection videos for customers in accordance with dealership standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Properly maintain and care for dealership tools and equipment.
• Follow all MINI/BMW repair procedures and dealership safety standards.
• Work with experienced technicians and management to continually develop your technical skills.
• Participate in MINI/BMW factory training as assigned.
• Perform additional service and maintenance duties as your experience and certifications increase.
