Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop.
• 2+ years of Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry out Repair Orders as dispatched by Foreman and Service Manager.
• Perform high quality and efficient repairs in accordance with Dealership and Factory standards.
• Diagnose/troubleshoot to determine repair needs.

Skills

Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude

Excellent Customer Service skills

Proficiency in basic computer skills

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree

Salary Range: $24.00 - $44.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry out Repair Orders as dispatched by Foreman and Service Manager
• Perform high quality and efficient repairs in accordance with Dealership and Factory standards
• Perform diagnosis/troubleshooting to determine repair needs
• Road-test repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
• Recondition Used Inventory of all makes and models
• Maintain organized, clean workspace
• Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisers and Parts Department Employees
• Participate in continued proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertise in industry-leading automotive technologies and processes
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions

Pre‑employment testing

• Drug, background, and motor vehicle reports
• A hands‑on skill test in a workshop environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years hands‑on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop
• 2+ years of Dealership experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands‑on skill required
• Proficiency in basic computer skills required
• Excellent Customer Service skills required
• Candidate must have their own basic automotive tool set
• ASE Certifications strongly preferred, but not required
• Professional appearance and work ethic required
