Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Service Engineer to focus on MineStar Office applications, validating field performance and driving issue resolution. You will collaborate with dealers and customers to optimize safety, efficiency, and fleet utilization, evolving into a SME in mining technology.

The role includes partnering with engineering, providing technical assistance, and contributing to training content, with up to 30% travel and onsite work in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering or relevant equivalent field experience.
• Experience with SQL databases, Windows Servers and Cloud Computing.
• Experience with Fleet Management Systems.
• Prior experience in mining or mining technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance with dealers and customers; coordinate improvements in serviceability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Coordinate product problem investigation and resolution using CPI processes.
• Work with engineering to develop ICA and PCA actions.
• Provide technical support and escalation to engineering through Call Center and Sales Force across tiers.
