Qualifications

  • Experience with mine planning and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with MinePlan3D and surveying concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe work systems/procedures per HSEQ standards.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety incident reporting.
  • Abide by company policies and legal requirements.
  • Create short-range mine plans aligned with mid/long-range plans.
  • Support drill and blast with pattern design and sequencing.
  • Analyze pit production data and KPIs.
  • Coordinate activities for ore utilization optimization.
  • Maintain mine plans for short term (<1-5 years).
  • Lay out excavation benches and access roads.
  • Provide survey control for pit operations.
  • Assist in monthly pit drone flights.
  • Support capital mining projects and environmental initatives.
  • Maintain site technology systems and infrastructure.
  • Promote environmental and sustainability policies.
  • Participate in team reviews and audits.
