Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mine operations management, with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams.
• Strong understanding of mining methods, equipment, and best practices.
• Proficiency in mine planning and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all aspects of daily mining operations, including production, safety, and equipment utilization.
• Develop and implement operational plans to meet production targets and budgetary goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
