Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 5+ years in field supervision.
• 5+ years in mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-equipment safety and field operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily site operations
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce all safety policies and procedures
• Track production, labor, equipment, materials, and project progress
• Prepare accurate daily reports and timesheets
• Train and coach field employees and equipment operators
• Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding safety, productivity, quality, schedule, and costs
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
