• Ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions; support maintenance strategies.
• Maintain cross-department communication; ensure training and tools for safety.
• Coach hourly employees and conduct performance evaluations; uphold workplace policies.
• Support safety programs and environmental compliance; promote safe practices.
