Kinross Gold Corporation is seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to support Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health programs at the mine site. The role involves assisting with inspections, training administration, and data tracking to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in a technical or science-related field.
• CMSP/MSP certification capability required or pursued.
• MSHA instructor certification capability required or pursued.
• CIH or OHST certification capability required or pursued.
• Strong administrative, organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and safety data tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist in administering Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health activities site-wide.
• Support MSHA training administration (new miner, annual refresher, and other training).
• Conduct health surveys and sampling; maintain data tracking systems.
• Calibrate and operate IH equipment to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in evaluating and maintaining Health and Safety SOPs and programs.
• Support Risk Management program and field field activities for Kinross Health and Safety programs.
