Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mining operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead and train plant personnel and operators.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of crusher and wash plant.
• Schedule production and manage inventory for routine maintenance.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement across the site.
• Maintain strong communications with plant staff and operators.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
