Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mine Foreman in Coolidge, AZ to oversee daily mining operations, lead the production team, and ensure safety and high-quality output. The role emphasizes training, inspections, scheduling, and continuous improvement across the plant.

You will supervise operators and maintenance staff, coordinate with other shifts, and uphold MSHA safety standards while driving production goals in a demanding outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of mining/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance with MSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and continuous improvement through recognition.
• Oversee safe operation of crusher and wash plant.
• Lead and train production team to meet quality and timing goals.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and ensure equipment readiness.
• Coordinate scheduling and inventory for plant maintenance.
