Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mine foreman/leadership role preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of MSHA safety rules and regulations is required.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating maintenance and production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mining operations and supervise personnel.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement through positive recognition.
• Ensure safe operation of crusher and wash plant equipment.
• Schedule production and manage inventory for the plant.
• Train and direct work activities of employees and contractors.
