Saint-Gobain Group in Cody, WY is seeking a Mine Operator to operate heavy equipment, excavate overburden, stockpile material, and support restoration efforts at the gypsum mine and processing plant. You will work under the Mine Manager and Production Supervisor, emphasize safety, and coordinate with truck drivers and contractors to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements include +5 years of heavy equipment experience, MSHA Part 48 training preferred, and a valid Class B CDL preferred.
In complete alignment with the Company's Vision, Mission Statement and Values and under the direction of the Mine Manager and Production Supervisor, this position operates various mining equipment to perform all excavation and restoration activities at the Cody, Horse Center Mine.
Compensation: $27.00/hour (based on experience)
Active team member and operational participation to Cody’s new mineral business growth. The gypsum mine and plant processing setup is committed to produce mined, crushed and milled gypsum products for the cement industry and agricultural market.
