Job summary

Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc., a CRH Company, seeks a technically skilled professional to support operations management with surveying, drilling and blasting, reserve evaluation and mine modelling for permitting and mine planning. The role covers safety training, aggregate operations, KPI reporting and the 3-year planning cycle.

You will interact with vendors and employees at all levels, bring computer skills to bear, and contribute to predictive maintenance and plant process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with vendors, service providers and all levels of employees.
• Self-motivated, flexible and eager to learn.
• Enrolled in a four year degree program in a related field.
• Must have computer skills either through experience or classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety training and overview of plant operations for all products.
• Aggregate Operations; Mine overview and KPI reporting.
• Explain 3-year mine planning process and project payback criteria.
• Assist with plant process overview, KPI reports and predictive maintenance.
