Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Civil, or Mining Engineering; sophomores, juniors or seniors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily operations, performance metrics, and production trends to identify efficiency gains.
• Support root cause analyses and track corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers and Quality Manager to review procedures and analyze production data.
• Deliver a defined summer project and present findings to leadership with measurable outcomes.
• Prepare documentation supporting technical findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
