Qualifications

• Interest and ability to learn blast design and short-range planning.
• Willingness to operate instrumentation in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency with PC software for data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of mining operations and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact across levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated organizational and technical writing skills.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 2 years in engineering or related bachelor’s degree; 0–2 years experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative.
