You will develop a comprehensive understanding of site infrastructure, regulatory commitments, and closure strategies while coordinating with contractors and technical specialists in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• 5–15+ years of professional experience in mining or environmental projects.
• Strong project coordination and technical communication skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and field operations.
• Ability to work in dynamic field environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead closure planning and field operations coordination for mine closure activities.
• Support regulatory interactions and permit-related documentation.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor oversight.
• Develop and review project plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with environmental systems teams on water and site infrastructure.
