Job summary

Alo in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver the Alo experience and drive store sales. You will educate guests about our community, products, and culture, building authentic connections on the floor and in back-of-house operations.

You’ll thrive in a team, meet sales goals, and help manage daily tasks from merchandising to customer service, with shifts up to 30 hours per week and blackout period coverage during holidays. Competitive pay and store incentives are provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by leading Flow initiatives and improving productivity.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly shopping environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results.
• Provide effective floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate guests on products, community, and culture.
