Qualifications

• Prior experience bartending in a full-service restaurant.
• Follow all company policies, dress code and punctuality.
• Follow ALE and ABC protocol for alcohol service.
• Provide customers with mind-blasting hospitality.
• Be a reliable and supportive team player.

Responsibilities

• Be warm, friendly, and accommodating - adjusting your style of service.
• Know the state of your guests at all times, checking in often.
• Prepare drink orders for bar and dining room guests.
• Prep cocktail components and aid in development of new cocktails.
• Advocate for the restaurant and upsell drinks, apps, or desserts.
• Collaborate with the kitchen for dietary needs and special requests.
• Register and handle all sales transactions properly.
• Go the extra distance for guest comfort and happiness.
