Qualifications

• Prior experience bartending in a full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Be warm, friendly, and accommodating - adjusting your style of service.
• Know the state of your guests at all times, checking in often.
• Prepare drink orders for bar and dining room guests.
• Prep cocktail components and aid in development of new cocktails.
• Advocate for the restaurant and upsell drinks, apps, or desserts.
• Collaborate with the kitchen for dietary needs and special requests.
• Register and handle all sales transactions properly.
• Go the extra distance for guest comfort and happiness.

About this role:

The primary focus for Bartenders is providing an unparalleled dining experience for guests, while preparing world-class beverages. This includes, orienting customers to our food, getting to know them, building cocktails and pouring wine and beer, being available to run the bill at the minute it's needed, and ensuring that customers have a wonderful experience and are thoroughly mind-blasted! Weekly compensation is based on an hourly rate, plus a generous tip-share program.

Responsibilities:

• Be warm, friendly, and accommodating - adjusting your style of service based on the customer's needs
• Know the state of your guests at all times, checking in with customers often
• Prepare drink orders for bar guests and dining room guests
• Prep cocktail components and aid in the development of new cocktails
• Act as an advocate for the restaurant, taking appropriate opportunities to recommend and add-on a drink, an appetizer, or dessert
• Work closely with the kitchen to provide creative solutions to guests’ needs (e.g., dietary, food-allergies, etc)
• Be responsible for the correct registering and proper handling of all sales transactions
• Always go the extra distance for the comfort and happiness of our customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience bartending in a full-service restaurant is required
• Follow all company policies and procedures, e.g., dress code, punctuality, and professional attitude
• Follow all ALE and ABC protocol for alcohol service
• Provide customers with MIND BLASTING hospitality
• Be a reliable and supportive team player
