Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with metal injection molding technology and equipment.
• 3–7 years in manufacturing with molding, machining, inspection, GD&T, and process development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Minitab and SolidWorks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve part efficiency.
• Initiate cost reductions and process improvements.
• Reduce scrap levels.
• Investigate non-conformance issues.
• Develop control plans, flow diagrams, FMEA, and process documentation.
• Assist with New Product Introduction projects and supplier coordination.
