Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Dentist (DDS/DMD) in Milwaukee for Jails/Correctional care. The role involves providing dental care to referred patients, performing routine procedures, and maintaining records across two sites. The position is 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) with day shifts and no weekends.

Education requires graduation from an accredited dental school, and licensure in the state plus CPR certification. Compensation ranges from about $194,856 to $216,507 per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of dental medicine.
• One year of experience in general dentistry preferred.
• Must have and maintain current licensure as a dentist within the state of employment.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides dental care and treatment to referred patients in accordance with facility regulations and standards.
• Performs routine cleaning, restorative dentistry, and extractions as needed.
• Evaluates patients' dental care needs and makes clinically appropriate recommendations.
• Takes impressions for dental appliances and instructs patients in good dental hygiene techniques.
• Maintains accurate and confidential patient records and provides in-service training for health staff members.
