Job summary

Kimmel Associates seeks a General Manager for the Milwaukee branch, owning P&L, revenue growth, and operations. This leader will build a high-performing team and drive profitability while expanding market share in the restoration sector.

Responsibilities include directing daily restoration and reconstruction work, developing strategic plans, and strengthening relationships with commercial clients, insurers, and referral sources to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in disaster restoration or related industry.
• Progressive leadership with increasing operational responsibility.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management.
• Proven track record growing a restoration operation or similar service business.
• Strong business development and relationship-management skills.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of restoration operations and customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the Milwaukee branch P&L, revenue, EBITDA, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead business development and strengthen relationships with clients, owners, insurers, and referrals.
• Oversee daily restoration and reconstruction operations.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Establish accountability for production, profitability, and operational performance.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics and take corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to expectations.
• Build upon the operation and identify new markets and revenue opportunities.
• Serve as the senior leader and primary representative of the branch.
