Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Overhead crane operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transform fabricated components into complete machines and subassemblies.
• Rig, lift, stage, and load equipment using overhead cranes.
• Assemble sub-systems into fully functioning machines.
• Identify tools and shop resources to meet production targets.
• Perform end-of-line inspections to verify quality.
• Assist internal partners and external customers with professionalism.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Weld when required (preferred skill, not mandatory).
• Support and advance BCT’s Culture and Core Values.
