Job summary

Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. in West Allis, WI is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Builder/Millwright to assemble shot blast equipment from fabricated and machined components under the direction of the Assembly Manager.

The role requires strong mechanical ability, overhead crane experience, and at least 3 years in manufacturing. You will read blueprints, perform routine inspections, and support internal and external customers while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical ability to assemble fabricated and machined components.
• Overhead crane experience required.
• Reading blueprints and schematics with accuracy.
• Experience in assembling heavy machinery.
• Welding experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated and machined components to build shot blast equipment.
• Rig and load with overhead cranes.
• Perform advanced machinery assembly per blueprints.
• Inspect parts to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety training.
• Support internal and external customers as needed.
