Job summary

Alta Forest Products LLC in Chehalis, WA is seeking a Millwright to keep the mill running, fix breakdowns, and maintain equipment. Responsibilities include repairs on cylinders, belts, conveyors, motors, and valves, plus fabricating new equipment.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues through data analytics, intuition, and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities
