Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and others in the workplace (English).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Willingness to operate and be certified on a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Work safely while resolving equipment issues and performing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment.
• Identify defects and contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent failures.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and modifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment performance.
• Perform quality and safety checks and assist in training new employees.
