• Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees in optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training.
• Complete projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions.
• Enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.
