Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Replace defective parts and adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.
• Align machines using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
• Connect power units to machines and test operation.
• Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
• Assemble and install equipment using hand and power tools.
• Position steel beams and bedplates based on blueprints and drawings.
• Dismantle machines for shipment or maintenance with common hand tools.
