Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking a skilled Millwright to support mechanical assembly and system integration within modular data center builds at our Goodyear, AZ facility. You will install, align, and integrate mechanical equipment, cooling units, pumps, piping, and structural components from drawings and BOMs to ensure reliable system readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Millwright, Mechanical Assembler, or Industrial Equipment Installer.
• Strong experience with mechanical assembly, equipment installation, and system integration.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, isometric drawings, and P&IDs.
• Experience installing and aligning pumps, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment.
• Experience working with piping systems, flanges, valves, and mechanical components.
• Strong understanding of tolerances, alignment, and mechanical fit-up.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly & installation of equipment in modular data center systems.
• Align mechanical systems within prefabricated modules for proper fit and accessibility.
• Assemble and integrate piping systems, valves, and fittings.
• Coordinate across mechanical, structural, and electrical teams for system integration.
• Install and align rotating and stationary equipment including pumps.
• Perform precise alignment using levels, lasers and measurement tools.
• Read ISO drawings, BOMs, and assembly layouts for correct components.
• Support system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting as required.
