West Fraser in Leola, AR is seeking a Millwright to repair and maintain industrial equipment, read drawings, and work safely under high pressure. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and handle rigging and material movement.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years Millwright experience preferred, and rotating shifts. Welding and torch-cutting experience are a plus. Company offers competitive pay and inclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable work experience as a Millwright preferred.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Torch cutting experience (Oxygen/Acetylene) preferred.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Must complete pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain industrial equipment conveying systems and major machine centers.
• Read and understand drawings and printed instructions.
• Work safely under high-pressure situations.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Safe work habits and use of hand/power tools.
