Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks a Millwright/Mechanical Assembler to perform rigorous mechanical assembly for OEM equipment in a clean, well-lit facility in Indianapolis. You will read entry-level blueprints, perform precision measurements, and use rigging, overhead cranes, and machine tools.

The role requires proficiency with electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus teamwork to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to read entry-level blueprints and 2D/3D prints.
• Experience with electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for assembly.
• Experience using machine tools such as drill presses, band saws.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components per specs.
• Read blueprints and 2D/3D prints.
• Operate overhead cranes and rigging procedures.
• Measure parts with micrometers and calipers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
