Job summary

Calhoun Super Structure Ltd. seeks a motivated Millwright / Maintenance Technician to support welding and fabrication equipment across the facility.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues and execute repairs to keep production running safely and efficiently. The role covers installation, commissioning of new equipment, maintaining maintenance records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Industrial Mechanic (433A) preferred.
• Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical Technician experience is valued.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or welding environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on welding and fabrication equipment.
• Diagnose failures and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install and commission new equipment and uphold maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot production issues and respond to breakdowns quickly.
• Maintain safety procedures, lockout/tagout and compliance.
• Maintain CMMS records, spare parts and equipment histories.
