Qualifications

• Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship or hands-on experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical power transmission components.
• Experience with equipment installation, alignment and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, align, and dismantle machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and records.
• Apply millwright practices including precision alignment and rigging.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals; use precision tools.
• Collaborate with electricians, engineers, and operators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
