Manufacturing sites include Chocolate Bayou Works (Alvin, TX), Battleground Manufacturing Complex (La Porte, TX), and Carson (CA), with a corporate office in League City, TX.

The 300-acre INEOS Battleground Manufacturing Complex (BMC), built in 1956, is located on the Houston ship channel east of Houston, Texas. It produces high-density polyethylene and polypropylene, with capacities of approximately 320 million pounds per year for polypropylene and about 3 billion pounds for polyethylene across seven lines. The site features a state-of-the-art technical center for R&D, technical services, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Understand and implement the INEOS 20 Principles.
• Work safely in a complex mechanical facility processing flammable materials.
• Participate in behavior-based safety processes.
• Follow standard procedures to ensure safety, environmental compliance, and quality.
• Measure mechanical parameters, compare to standards, and adjust equipment accordingly.
• Record key measurements for failure analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with rotating equipment.
• Remove, install, align, and test equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Work effectively in a team environment to accomplish daily tasks.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve plant availability.
• Identify appropriate spare parts for equipment.
• Interpret drawings, P&ID’s, and manuals.
• Assemble complex gearboxes, pumps, compressors, blowers, airlocks, centrifuges, and extruding equipment with precision.

Skills & Knowledge Required

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a polymer plant.
