Description
The Millwright Lead will manage large-scale crews that execute critical work related to new construction and maintenance. They will facilitate team development and the growth of employee commitment and ownership while holding employees accountable. Additionally, the Millwright Lead will be responsible for providing safety training, coaching, team development, and performance management to the team. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime.
The Millwright Lead may work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. They may be required to work in high and/or confined spaces. They may need to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day. The work schedule may include flexible work hours, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
The Millwright Lead may be required to perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. They may also need to work in high and/or confined spaces.
